The house... read more is nicely furnished and cozy, but its biggest advantage is the private pool with a sea view. In the near distance there are shops, taverns with delicious food and unusual beaches. However, to get around the island you need a car.
Babis is very nice, he gave us all the necessary tips and quickly responded to our messages.
It was a real pleasure to call this place home even for week!

It was paradise. Babis and his wife Toula are friendly, kind and super helpful. They arranged transport to and from the ferry for us. The cottage itself is spacious, spotlessly clean and felt homely. We hired a car from the next door neighbour at a reasonable price and toured the island. The cottage comes with a few friendly happy hungry cats, so bring cat biscuits... this is normal for the whole island and it added to the homely feel of the place. We came during the off season and stayed for 5 weeks. The heaters worked well in keeping the cottage warm and the extra blankets cosy. Thank you so much Babis and Toula, we loved our time in Kefalonia. Bree and Simon.

Spotless clean and stylish, very... read more well equipped with everything you might need for cooking and eating, with a great porch and garden, great location near the port and very close to restaurants and markets, very easily accesible on one of the main roads of the island, and very close to a small scenic beach, just 200 - 300 meters from the house, where you have lots of chances of not finding other people. Babis is an excellent host, extremely friendly and helpful - he even waited for us at the port, and provided us with all the essential info about the island, and good nearby tavernas - which he totally nailed. He accomodated an uncertain arrival time, which was changed several times during that day, and offered complementary breakfast and a very good bottle of wine. This house and the host made my trip to Kefalonia very enjoyable and comfortable - and when I come back, this is most certainly the place I want to stay again at. Do not miss the chance!

  The cottage was lovely. Everything we needed as our home base for exploring Kephalonia. Enjoyed the pool! Make sure to ask Babis about the trail to the secret beach nearby!

Babis war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Über die Kommunikation können wir nicht viel sagen, weil wir keine Fragen hatten. Haben aber am Ende noch einmal miteinander telefoniert. Für uns war es rundum schön, wir kommen gerne wieder.

air conditioning is preprogrammed to fairly warm temperatures, so you can't change it to cooler even if you are hot
